Refund & Dispute Policy
We aim to provide plumbing services to high standards. If you are unsatisfied with the work, please contact us as soon as possible.
For workmanship issues, we will inspect and rectify the issue at no additional charge.
If a refund or rebate is appropriate, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
In case of disputes, we encourage you to reach out us first by email or phone. If unresolved, external dispute resolution (if applicable) may be used.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a scheduled appointment less than 7 days in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
If we are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond control (bad weather, etc.), we will reschedule at no extra cost.
Terms & Conditions
Quotes given are estimates based on the information available. They may be revised if the scope of work changes.
You agree to pay for any additional parts / labour required, once quoted and approved.
We are licensed and insured.
We are not responsible for hidden damage outside the scope of our work (e.g. pre-existing faults).
Ownership of parts remains with supplier until paid in full.
Liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation.
